ABOUT CARTER
Carter joined Parameters in 2018 and has 10 years of professional experience in the design and contract furniture industry. His experience interacting with both the architect, sub-contractor, and dealership community has enabled him to bring an added level of understanding to client projects. He has significant experience in successfully completing projects in both local and national environments. Carter’s ability to work with all related disciplines, including designers, construction, and end users, has allowed him to deliver well managed projects, on time and on budget.
As an account manager, Carter directs and supervises every aspect of an interiors project. Carter’s experience, attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities have allowed him to work with companies in various industries.
Parameters’ approach to project management is to assign a single point of contact, an account manager, to each client. This allows our clients to have a dedicated point person who is knowledgeable in every aspect of their project. Having a single point of contact allows for faster and more accurate communication back to our clients. Behind the scenes, each account is assigned an entire team of people that report to the account manager and assist in making sure that every project is a success.
By bringing the account manager on early in the process, Carter can identify milestones that are realistic and address any issues that come up on the project. The account manager will also help in typical development providing solutions based on manufacturers standard products.

Carter’s personal life involves his family, two dogs, two children and wife! Something you may not know about Carter is he played college baseball, he was a catcher at Georgia State University.

LARGE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION
Carter's team successfully procured and installed new furniture solutions across nearly every state nationwide for one of the nation’s largest financial institutions’ field and satellite offices. The scope ranged from individual desks and chairs to comprehensive furnishings for entire multi-floor corporate facilities. Notably, we completed a large-scale project at the Minneapolis headquarters, outfitting all 10 floors with new furniture. This included a dedicated half-floor for the C-Suite executive offices and conference rooms, ensuring a cohesive and functional environment aligned with corporate standards.
HUNT ELECTRIC

Hunt Electric relocated its headquarters to the Eagan Innovation Center, nearly doubling its operational space with 300,000 sq. ft., including offices, warehouse, and hospitality areas.

The facility features multiple state-of-the-art conference and collaboration spaces, a podcast studio, and amenities like a work café and golf simulator to designed to facilitate meetings, presentations, and promote teamwork.
